We return with a new mixtape from one of my favorite underground artists - Rafael Casal. "Mean Ones" is the bay boy's 2012 mixtape. On his new release, Casal maintains a consistent high quality in his flow, beats, and most of all, wordplay. All of this was present on his last, 2010 "The Bay Boy Mixtape" with his fellow GetBacker Daveed Diggs and "Mean Ones" keeps the bar high. The quality of production has even improved, with content still top-of-the notch. Just read this:

Know what I'm saying? The thing about Casal is that he is a poet. A poet with a sick flow, that is. And that, my friends, is what makes him so dope.
